How do you use it?

If you’re rolling out training, the key isn’t just in the material itself: it’s when you and how you deliver it. Spacing your sessions out (for example, five smaller workshops across five weeks) forces people to revisit what they’ve learned, and gives them time to apply it while they’re still being trained.

Where can you learn more about it?

There’s a lot of literature on this one from the L&D world, but it was first identified by Hermann Ebbinghaus.
